Services disabled every night

Is a negative rating possible. My cell services have been disabled 4 nights in a row. I have to phone every night at the same time to get my services enabled even though my account is paid up to date. Vodacom is unable to resolve the so called system problem causing this. Technicians are most probably on leave. Still waiting for somebody from Vidacom to contact me.
