service left a bad taste on my mouth

<p>i've called these poeple a number of times asking them to no debit my account before the 25th even if it falls on the weekend they should debit on the 25 not earlier ,But they still go on my account before causing my account to have returned debit orders and this reflacts bad on my credit score but the callcentre agent they so useles they tell me these nothing they can do its like that and when i want to cancel my subcription they giving me hustles .</p> <p> </p> <p>ive never seen a place of such incompitance those agent they should goo on a customer service training this is just nonsense ill tell everybody about their service </p>
