****!!!!!!!!!!! STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!!!!
I took this out 2012 however I put a stop order on it and based on my understanding regarding stop orders once you do that it will automatically cancel. However!!!!! 2019 amazing vouchers decided to take it upon themselves and activate the service again! When I called into the call centre the lady I spoke to told me after 6 months of putting a stop order the policy reinstates what **** is that!!!! 2012 to 2019 is so far apart from 6 MONTHS!! It has been years anyway the policy cancelled and thereafter you decide to debit my account again for a legal fee!!!!!! Are you insane I keep having to reverse the debit because of the incompetence of this company!!!! You better remove my details from your system IMMEDIATELY AND STOP DEBETING MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!! YOU GIVING ME A BAD CREDIT RECORD!!!!!!!! I would like feedback in writing stating that my details have been removed and should this happen again I will be taking it further!!
