**** / Bad Service

I joined the amazing voucher on 19/06/2019 and the consultant confirmed that I can cancel my policy at anytime if I m not happy with it .I received 2 vouchers which I tried to use but they were not valid so i called today spoke to a lady called Sivu who confirmed that she will submit my request to cancel. I just received a call from the customer service department and the lady whom i spoke to said i have a 12 months contract and can only cancel after that. This is really unfair as I have not used any of their products and i have not even been with their company for 2 weeks but now im told im not allowed to cancel.
