REFUSE CANCELLATION

I joined Amazing Vouchers in 2014 September , it never been great cause I never got to use their services, well then in May 2017 I called amazing vouchers for cancellation, then they told me i should pay the cancellation fee of R99 for 4 months then they can close the accont, they started deducting from my account in June and the wirse thing they did is to deduct twice I called in again for enquiring they apologised and told me the last installment will be September, its October now and they deducted for tge 5th time for what they said its a cancellation fee please help me with this it a matter of urgency how can I be paying for something that Im even using
