R7200 ****

So 2 years back I completed paying for my Amazing voucher vacation and they told me that I can always use the voucher at a later stage all I had to do was send them an email or give them a call whenever I’m ready to make a booking . It’s been 2-3 years now sending them emails and each time I call I’m always transferred to the amazing vacation department where no one ever answers . No one have ever rep**** to my emails. So I think it will be fair if they refunded me my R7200 back because I could have used the money for something else .
