Poor customer service and *******

<p>I just want to lodge a complaint about these people. They are robbing me of my money every month by taking their membership fees for vouchers that I never receive. I tried to cancel the membership because I found it totally annoying that they can just debit my account and not send me any vouchers. The consultant whom I spoke to was very unhelpful and it sounded like he was trying to force these vouchers on me, telling me that they are going to send me unlimited vouchers "as an apology" for not sending me the vouchers, but I already made up my mind that I wanted to cancel and then he told me I have to pay a fee in order for me to cancel the membership. How can I be forced to pay for something that I never received? Can they do that? I tried to put a stop order on the account , but I was told that they have to cancel the membership first. I want this membership cancelled, but they refuse to do it unless I pay. This is absolute ****************.</p>
