Penalty Fee for Cancellation

Never in my life have I heard of a FOUR month penalty for cancelling a subscription. This is insane and unacceptable. It is not what gets explained when you first subscribe. When I told them I am unhappy they then try to get me to subscribe to something MORE expensive. Really??
