No Response to Emails or Contacting me

Good Day,<br> <br> I have sent an email to the Amazing Vouchers group and Lee-Ann responded to me and said she will forward my email onto someone that is dealing with my account. Well Done Lee-Ann and also Thank you.<br> <br> However Charmonay sent me an email 8 days ago which I have responded on and still today I have not gotten a phone call explaining why my account is being debited every month. <br> <br> I am pretty sure that I have cancelled my membership but yet my account is still being debited.<br> <br> I DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICES AND I HAVE NEVER USED THIS EVER SO PLEASE STOP THE DEBIT ORDERS!!!<br> <br> Someone needs to contact me urgently about this if not I will be taking this further.<br> <br> Thank you
