No responds on bookings and I paid for it

<p>I decided to pay 12 months full to get my holiday and requested that after the last payment that they will stop the debit orders and they did. My trouble is that im trying to make bookings and im not getting a respond. First I phoned them and since I didnt get hold of them I decided to send them an email and yet they didnt respond. I paid for my holiday and if you cant provide a holiday please refund me.</p>
