Money gone, but no service

Hi. I was phoned last November to join, and was told I would be sent paperwork as confirmation of joining. Nevermind that. I've no card to show for this service, but they don't miss any debits. I cannot even say why I joined, because I get nothing that says I will get discounts here or there. <br> I phoned in a few times, but am told I cannot cancel, or cannot speak with anyone more superior, or whatever they can think of. I even requested they call up the conversation I had with the woman that initially phoned me. I'm waiting to this day.<br> As we speak, a deduction from account just went through. <br> I have found this service to be a rip-off!<br> I now will stop these debits, and possibly take it up the legal way.
