****mers

Hey these people are ****mers, since last year this amazing voucher thing has been deducting money from my bank account. Went to the bank to stop this and I was told it can't be stopped unless they stop it themselves. I've sent them numerous emails, they not responding. I called them and the guy told me to pay R1000 if I want to stop this, I told him to go to hell I'm not paying anything. My problem is this thing is still deducting money from my account, worst part I don't even know what is this or where is this money going
