Members VS Company: Amazing Vouchers

Please assist me in bringing justice to a company who is possibly a culprit of ******** citizens of South Africa.

Please refer to my matter/story below:

The companies name is Amazing Vouchers with a office based in Cape Town, Century City.

Contact details as follows:

TEL: **********

FAX: **********

Email: **********
Additional email: **********
Website: http://www.amazingvouchers.com/

This company has contacted me through a common friend of mine to registered and get great details for less. However the great details are not great at all.

They actually force the individuals that if they want to register they will hold on the phone for as long as possible to get their details (such as mine), “because it’s a one-time offer” for that time of call only.

I registered on the 21st October and received a confirmation SMS on the 22nd October that my membership has been processed.

During those 24 hours I found that this company has ****med many, and now I fear it has happened to me.

They are subject to deduct the first membership plus admin fee on the 25th October from my account.

Their client is useless, there supporting agent Leeza. Who do not even recognize the name Sharon (their reception) and by the company details, the business is about 200 employees if not less. She actually argues with the member (I) instead of remaining professional and assisting. Instead she keeps being unhelpful.

When I asked if she can get someone to call me, because it’s a matter I do not feel I need to speak to her about, she tells me to phone in and there customer service do not call about or they do not have a department that calls members, but rather a sales team that only call out potential clients.

They do not have a proper department to follow-up with their members, hence the excessive complaints I have researched.

They claim to have partners that assist in sponsors and/or where we may use our vouchers.

For example, we can use these vouchers at Pastis Brasserie, but when I called to check if I may exchange my voucher with them one of the Pastis Brasserie restaurants confirmed that they don’t do business with Amazing Vouchers any longer. The lady however said if you have the voucher you may exchange it for whatever the voucher entails, but they don’t do business with Amazing vouchers any more. Amazing vouchers membership site still shows vouchers for Pastis Brasserie to sell their memberships which I believe is not only a ****, but degrades the reputation of Pastis Brasserie for not accepting the vouchers. Although, Pastis still allows the members to come and exchange their vouchers, but it’s non-profit to the business.

This business if all over Hellopeter, see link https://www.hellopeter.com/amazing-vouchers and other sites as well such as http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/amazing-vouchers-c298924.html .

Please help bring justice to those who are still having trouble with business much longer than I have.

Should this information be useful or you need more information please do contact me via email or mobile.

Even though the business is established, they still have not satisfied victims of *****. They continue to deducted monies from these peoples accounts even after they have cancelled their memberships.

I am doing this not only for myself, but for the victims that are still deal with this matter.

I appreciate the time you took to read my complaint and hope that you would do justice to this ****.

Regards
