***** AND CHEATS/ **** PRODUCT

<p>Hi All, I received a call from amazing vouchers over 6 months ago and they sold their product as best they could however the sales agent never mentioned that there is a cancellation fee of R390.</p> <p>I printed a sushi voucher and tried to use it at that specific resturant only to find that they did not know anything about the voucher and refused to accept it. </p> <p>Within a week of going online and seeing the bad reviews, I decided to cancel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the cancellations department and was then made aware of the cancellation fee, I said to them that it was never mentioned in the selling of the product, he rep**** it isn't in their script so therefore it was never mentioned. I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or monthly subscriptions because I did not use any of their vouchers and it was within the same month of accepting their lies and **** product.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past few months, they have been debiting me for R390 (cancellation fee) and a further R99 (subscription fee), and I have been stopping and reversing it back into my account. I dont understand why the further R99 subscription fee if they are trying to take the cancellation fee, and I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT! Now I am in a place of repetition, debit orders going off and me reversing them back, I call their number being ********** 300 but it goes straight to voicemail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some advise for people - please do not accept any products over the phone no matter how good it sounds, people out there are hungry for money and will do absolutley anything to innocent people.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
