impossible to cancel with amazing vouchers
I've contacted amazing vouchers last week to cancel my subscription as I've never collected my sim card or used any benefits. i was told I'd receive another call within 48 hours to finalize the cancellation however nothing, I've also emailed them with no response. a debit order went off of my account which I'm unable to reverse which i would like to be refunded as well

01 Mar 2021, 11:35I've been contacted now by amazing vouchers only for them to tell me its a 12 month contract which I don't recall being told in the initial call, i request a call to be sent to me to listen to it myself but the only option I'm given is to listen to it together which I don't have time to do as work and kids my time is flexible I don't know when ill be free. i was also not told that it was the unlimited sim card running off the cellc network which I've never collected because i know it wouldn't work for me, id like the call recoding to be sent to me as proof to hear all these allegations. If i knew it was cellc and a 12 month contract i would never have signed up.
