Horrible customer service and refuse to return my money

I called these people 2 months ago to cancel my subscription as i domt use this and am unemployed, the advisor was extremely rude, placed me on mute for 17 minutes and they keep deducting money from my account, money that WAS BORROWED FOR FOOD
