This business is a ***** that ****s poor people of their money;whatever they are marketing does not work at all;their vouchers are invalid and when calling their call centre the staff is rude and insensitive;I have tested it onces;about 3 years ago;I sent them an email requesting to cancell my subscription they said my contract was valid for 2 years;2 years passed;they never contact me to ask if i still wanna continue with theirservices even thou I am not using them;they kept on deducting money from my account;doesn't matter whether Ido reversal theu change the references to keep on deducting;I sent them an e-mail this year again and did a follow up by calling them asking to cancell my contract again;they asked me to paythe lawyers fee;that only I never understand as to why must I pay lawyers that I nver knew about them;the next thing they deducted again and the bill was for the lawyers;I really dn't understand why is it so difficult to unsuscribe a client if the client is not happy.
