false statements and they wont let me cancel

When they phoned, they said u cant register anytime they phone once in a while that is the only way u can join. They tell u all these nice things u can have up to today they only send some which is not even worth up to 99. Then in the first month i want to cancel before they deduct, then they say they will only make deduction next month end then i must not miss out not explaining that if i wait another month i wont be able to cancell with immediate effect. so i phoned in again to cancel and i emailed Leeann and she said i must phone in. I tell the woman i want to cancel she said ok but u will have to still pay for the months i say do what u have to then i dont receive anything. I phoned again to cancel but this is on going. The services is bad. They give false statements. When i ask for all my call recordings they dont want to give it. All people must know that this is a ****! no one must ever join these people.
