Evil *******

<p> I called their customer care line, to help a collage of mine. She is an illiterate woman with a very low income and they kept on taking her money for "vouchers". They bul**** her into taking the voucher and when she phoned to cancel, they refused to cancel her subscription. I then phoned to help her out, and was rudely shouted at by the lady at customer care. She also said that she does not have to speak to me, as I am just a collage. When I gave the phone back to my illiterate collage, she was also shouted at! They are devilish ******* that pounce and prey and low income, hardworking individuals who are mostly illiterate. SHAME ON YOU!! </p>
