Disgusted at the service

The customer service is the Worst ever, the lady was so rude and unprofessional and dropped the call in my ear. They deserve a zero rating , they have been debiting our account but refuse to give us a vacation, they admin is not even up to date as they cannot pick up the details on the system. I am disgusted .We could not even take a vacation when we wanted as they were always fully booked.
