Disappointed unhappy with amazing vouchers and staff

They are not honest, have no integrity, I was told that i will pay R150 for R2000 worth of vouchers that i can redeem at any place mentioned on their website, she made it sound like it will help us with cost of living being so high, only to find out you can redeem a voucher but still have to pay at the places you redeem the voucher for. I was told that i can cancel anytime and was not informed of a cancellation fee on the call made to me. I had to pay a cancellation fee of R240 because i down graded from R150 to r100 package which Tanya talked in to because i wanted to cancel the first time. I was only a customer for 7 days and I had to pay that money. They are not truthful, they're misleading.
