Complain

Good day this company amazing vouchers once called me for a membership i became interested and signed up on agreement that they will take 98 per month from end of May that was March but they decided to take money as from that month i called to say i want to cancel my membership they said i must Pay R600 before they can cancell it now everymonth they deduct 154 that i reverse everymonth when i called them at 1st they agreed to cancell when i call again they said i can yake this matter up when i signed up they did not explain to me that when i want to cancel i will be charged worse part i never received any of their vouchers or to use them for that matter now this is messing up my credit score please assist me with this matter
