"Cancellation process" More like a money making scheme

<p>I cancelled my membership less than a month after I joined Amazing vouchers. I realised that this service does not suit my needs at all. I did not use or download any of their vouchers. The agent I spoke to told me that there was a cancellation process I need to follow before mt membership can be cancelled. Apparently I need to pay atleat 4 months fees of R99.00 plus the initial service fee of R75.00. The fist month they debited my account with R174.00. after I cancelled telephonically and via email, to which I still haven't received any feedback except an automatic mail refering me elsewhere. I reversed the payment the following month. And guess what, I finally received a call from Amazing Vouchers to find out why am I not using my vouchers. I explained that I cancelled my membership and was told that they would hand the account to the their attorneys if I do not follow the "cancellation process". The other thing they do is: on your bank statement their reference is Av legal . probably a scheme to stop the banks from stopping the debit oder. Why doesnt it say Amazing Vouchers with your account number or</p> <p>something? Why should I pay for something I find useless and unwanted. I feel bul**** and think its ourageous that I could not change my find after less than a month. Disgusted by Amazing vouchers!!!!!</p>
