Cancellation of amazing voucher

Good day.I am furious.Why is it impossible to cancel you amazing voucher?Why does it look like that company is untouchable? I phoned the co yesterday wanting to cancel the deduction,only to be told i cannot do it,i must wait for 3 months!!!!!I have not once made use of vouchers as they send offer on website day before offer expires.I want all my money back from them.There must be a law against such companies.Contacting ombudsman.
