Cancellation

I has signed up with this company and due to the fact that I don't get anything around my area. I decided to cancel and I sent a cancellation end of April to give them one month notification but they still deducted for June and sending me rewards I don't want. I called yester and lady said she will send a message to cancellation department for them to contact me and they didn't. I am so irritated because this deducted when I sent cancellation on time.
