Bogus voucher/subscription cancellation

Last month I was called by Busisiwe Mjezana one of their consultants who sold me lies about their products ,now I’m telling them to cancel my subscription as I never received any of their vouchers that they said i will receive ,they are telling me about a R450 which I need to pay before the 15 of this month …how unfair paying for something that you never even utilised …Chantel Debeer told me that they receive hundreds of hello Peter complaints and don’t care if I complain in this platform,she is the one who deals with those complaints in that company…what I want is them to cancel my subscription with not even a single cent deducted from my account ,they should take that money from Busisiwe the one who said anything to me just to make a commission !!!
