Beware of dishonest consultants

I was referred by a friend. I was told that should I want to cancel I need to do so in writing and it shall be done in 20 working days. I sent an email requesting to cancel and then I was told to call their contact center. I did so and I was told I signed up for a 12 month contract. Something I was never told initially. The consultant who helped me initially was Adeeb Happa. I sent an email to one of their managers who is also telling me to call the contact center. I just want to make people aware of their actions and prepare them before signing up for these vouchers. I am disappointed at the lack of responsibility and the bad attitude i received from the agent I spoke to yesterday who practically shouted at me on the phone. I want this thing cancelled and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
