AVOID AT ALL COST!!
I wish I could gave them -5 stars. I took out membership with them in the beginning of 2019. Four months later they didn't honour their part of our agreement, so I cancelled my membership.
All of a sudden, I was phoned and outstanding airtime was loaded, yet I still decided to continue with my cancellation. Then I was told that I "agreed" to a penalty membership of 6 moths. Which I decided to pay, just to get rid of them.
Today, More then 7 mmonths later, they are still deducting money from my bank acccount. And it seems if they constantly find a loophole to de***** people.
Anyone who can help to get rid of these people?

It is however very sad that I had to revert to hellopeter to get an answer on my numerous emails. I really hope that we reached the end of this bumpy road.
