<p> </p> <p>I’m really hoping that you will be able to assist me. A few months ago i got a message from a family friend of mine asking if I’m interested in amazing vouchers, they need a certain amount of people to sign up for the day. I agreed and gave my details later the day when she phoned, her words were that because she’s new to the business her supervisor will need to review the account to verify if everything is correct. Nobody called me and just recently i found that they are debiting money from my bank account, i do not get sms notifications if any transaction are made of less than R100 and their debits are R99 per month. I've been asking them to contact me but they keep sending me a mail back saying i need to call the ********** 300 number which does not exist because i tried calling them a few times. After a few emails to them i eventually got a phone call today but the lady i spoke to wouldn’t even give me a fair chance to speak she was rude, very unprofessional and has no phone etiquette, she kept speaking over me. According to her i spoke to someone else but i know who i spoke to because i know the lady personally. I have never ever used any of their vouchers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
