Amazing Vouchers (Not so amazing at all)
This company is a *****!
I never used any of your vouchers. I requested to to cancel your vouchers and you are telling me that I still have to pay cancellation fee for something that i never ever made use of. Does that even make sense! I spoke to Heimrich Jacobs "Manager on duty" absolute disgusting service and call handling. He had no clue what he was talking about when I probed questions about their not so amazing voucher thing that this company has going on. I will be taking this matter further to the lawyers.
Amazing vouchers company. Please look at your ratings on this Hellopeter platform. What does it say about this ***** company of yours.
