Amazing vouchers, is it a ****?

<p>I am disappointed with these people. They took my money for two years and in November 2015 when I wanted to book for holidays they told me it's fully booked. In august this year after struggling to get hold of them through phone they told me to book in September. I called in September they told me it's fully booked. I am paying 299 every month. Can they book me or pay back my money because it's clear they ate not what they promised to be.</p>
