Worst service ever

I made a booking to get my furniture moved from Johannesburg to George on the 3rd of June. I called them to ask what my load will be delivered. They told me that they'll confirm the time with drivers after they've picked up my load. <br> <br> They later told me that my load will be delivered 9 days after pick up. This is something I was never told! Where am I supposed to sleep for 9 days??? Cheap for nothing removal company
