Not amazed at all!!!!

<p>The company is misleading and ripping people off. I had accepted a quote which was 4950 for a move from Johannesburg to Durban with just only few basic stuff your fridge, bed, couches, washing machine and few boxes. After I had sent the initial quote signed then the sales representative called, Brandan and said actually the price has changed to 5500 as he never included VAT. I wasn't happy but because I was trusting these guys to handle my stuff with care and professionalism I paid the full amount. The agreement between myself and Brandan was that he will have my stuff collected on the 30th of March to be delivered in Durban on the 1st of April. This was a nightmare from hell. Firstly the collection was a disaster, the guys came in just before 4pm from another collection which according to them took longer and their truck of 5 tons was full so they had to use a standard van 2.5 tons to collect my stuff. They tried squeezing all my furniture in there which of course it never fitted in. They guy who seemed to be their senior was rude and said it was his knocking off time and either they squash all my furniture in there or they will leave and not take the furniture with. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Brandan and explained the situation to him and he said "let me check with operations and will get back to you in 5 min" guess what he never did. The guys then decided to create space in the bigger truck to pack some of the things there which looked like a plan at the time and agreed to it. Everything was squashed so badly and eventually everything fitted in and the guys left. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited for the guys to deliver on the 1st of April from midday as I was promised they will arrive in the afternoon. No Amazing Transport was at the premises till the 5th of April. </p> <p>Myself and my husband slept on the floor for 4 nights, while pregnant. I suffered from a backache and almost lost my baby. </p> <p> on the 3rd of April my husband spoke to Jody who was the manager very rude and told my husband nothing was confirmed that our stuff was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. He didn't care at all. </p> <p>My leather couches had scretches all over as they were not covered with plastic which I was quoted for and promised they will be covered and my mattress was dirty and the base too. </p> <p>AMAZING TRANSPORT almost took my baby's life and I will never recommend this company as they mislead customers and never delivers on time. Such bad service!!!! </p>
