Movers too tired / Pay for truck - get bakkie

Movers arrived 3 hours late. Kept us waiting without knowing how long it would take.<br> <br> We were quoted for an 8 ton truck and a surplus charge was added for a shuttle bakkie. They arrived with only a shuttle bakkie, and later another bakkie. As a result, the vehicles were heavily overloaded.<br> <br> The moving team started at 17:00, and came directly from another job. They were extremely tired. They could not handle the furniture in this state, furniture was dropped and damaged. A worker injured himself. They worked until 21:00.<br> <br> The owner would not speak to me, only to the foreman, on my phone. Later I could not reach him on his phone, no service.<br> <br> I expect a refund for the shuttle bakkie, as there was no shuttling, because there was no truck.<br>
