DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

An absolute nightmare!!!! They were by far NOT the cheapest quote, but were the only movers who could do my load in December. I now understand why.

They were late in collecting the load. I had arranged with them to collect the load in the morning, because I had a flight to catch in the afternoon. They arrived to collect at 13:20 because according to their driver, they first had to load pallets for their boss. This "boss", Mr Jodie Riback (the MD of the company) when I phoned him to tell him that they were late and none of his staff could tell me when they would be arriving told me to "chill, its Christmas".

They told me it would take a day and a half to get my stuff to Cape Town from Centurion. It actually took them 4 days before they delivered my furniture.

My furniture that was practically brand new and undamaged when they loaded it, was filthy and had scuffs and scratches on most of it and 2 pieces (one a family heirloom) were broken. Mr Jodie Riback's response is it is my problem, but they are prepared to fix it with glue.

Please, please do NOT give your precious possessions to these people to handle.
