Disgusted with being ******ed for more money.

<p>My Household contents were collected on the 31st March to be transported to Cape Town and the person I was dealing with Quoted me a rate which was paid upfront. I gave the gentlemanby the name of Brendan instructions after being told that the truck would take 2-3 days to get to Cape Town, that I was leaving on the 1st April and he would contact me when the truck was leaving! This never happened I asked if they had a storage facility in Cape Town and was tld it was full. the took it apon themselves to move it to a storage place in JHB which makes no sense at all then was told that there would be an extra volume charge which I was not told about via phone nor email of R1850.00 +R1850.00 for storage as well as a further R3990.00 to move the goods into storage in JHB This makes no sense. In good faith I offered to pay them the R1850.00 for the extra as well as the R1850.00 for storage which should never have happened in the 1st place and also offered to pay them the difference over a 3 month period and was told in no circumstance would they deliver my contents until paid in full. As far as I'm concerned this is ******ION Due to none communication from there side. Highly Disgusted with this whole issue and still dont have my goods now need to go the legal route.</p>
