Damaged our property and wont pay

We hired Amazing Transport to move our belongings from our old apartment to a new one. We paid for insurance to cover goods in transit for if anything got damaged. They dropped a cabinet and shaterred a glass shelf and broke the whole cabinet. Jody the CEO is now refusing to pay us out for the damaged items. If anyone is considering using his service rather consider another moving company that will pay out for any damages.
