BAD SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH

We Chose amazing Transport to re-locate to C.Town from Jo'burg in December 2015 as they matched competitors quotes and seemed professional at our first meeting, hounding us for the business, promising professional service from start to finish. Once agreed they pester you for full payment upfront. They sub-contract old trucks, we never saw an AMAZING TRANSPORT vehicle as displayed on their web-site or brochure. When I asked Jody he shouted back saying he has shares in another company and doesn't need to disclose this. Half our load was delivered a week late as the old truck they sent was too small. You call the owners, they ignore you, when you do manage to speak they are rude & have attitude. The insurance cover is a total ****. We had items including antiques, HD TV's, a piano damaged, completely destroyed and many items missing and we can't get a cent out. The Insurance Brokers said Amazing Transport kept asking for discounted rates. Everyone involved passes the buck. The packers are sent alone without supervision. I regret not having used the bigger well known movers who warned us about these small lesser known companies. Bad choice from our side which has cost us dearly. AWFUL
