Bad service

I moved fm Johannesburg to Cape Town got hold of amazing transport to move my belongings, it was made very clear I needed delivery on the 1st of the month , I drove down to Cape Town in good time to meet the truck on the day of offload , o my to get told truck broke down and will only be with me on the 3rd , I managed to get hold of driver on the 2nd to see what is going on and to find out what time he would arrive on the 3rd and find out about the break down, he advised he never broke down and only left Johannesburg the morning of the 2nd as he was instructed delivery on the 3rd , I wrote and arranged free payment beforehand to deliver on the 1st which I was told no problem, only to find out upon delivery on the 3rd It was a brand new truck which delivered , Not only being lyed to given false information and also had to book myself in a hotel due to this delay at my own expense, Never again will I use them or give as a ref bad and disappointing service.
