Empty promises and still health risk

I bought a big bag of their mixed flavors chips for my kids, wife and self. Uppon opening it I found black soft droppings inside the one sealed packet of chutney chips. I mailed the customer line with no response, I Google it and mailed the ceo a man called francios that told his quality control manager to phone me, se told me that she didn't think it was rat droppings as the health department of the company I work for confirmed it was but still apologized and said they will take better care in future and would send me a apology letter and a replacement bag. Up until today that is 10 days after this complaint nobody came back to me with the empty promises
