If I could give a ZERO star I would. I'm sure these ****MERS will be operating under another business name, so whatever they may call themselves watch out for LERATO ***ner). She is the biggest **** and con artist out there. So if anyone reading this comes across this woman who claims to give you a great pool, RUN!
2020 we had our fibreglass splash pool installed. Initially Lerato was very attentive calling all the time making sure we were happy (of course she would have as we hadn't paid in full yet until the job was complete.) The builders had washed their cement hands in our pool water- over and over again making our new pool water completely white, so it took 3 months of backwash and thousands in chemicals to restore the water. Once I could actually see the bottom of the pool, I noticed that there were blue patches where the dark fibreglass colour had peeled off. Contacted Lorato straight away- and get told "shed call the manufacturer". Then another story of "they are still closed." and "The owner is on leave" and "Ive left messages for them". Needless to say, she never bothered to follow up or do anything. Fast forward to 2023- Our pool is now sunken and leaking. I call Lerato, no answer and completely ghosts me. I get our insurance to come out and check what the problem is, of which they say that the pool was not packed tightly enough and the fibreglass has cracked putting pressure on the jets, due to poor workmanship.
We have a warranty on the shell and on the workmanship with "amazing pools". Finally get hold of Lerato. She says she wants the opportunity to do her own assessment. I said ok no problem. She then says she has no transport. I offered to fetch her from her business address so she could come and do her assessment. She gives me a location pin of a KFC in Pretoria. I asked her who am I collecting, name and contact. She then proceeds to tell me that I WILL call her when I'm at the location so that her "technician" can get in the car.
This woman is out of her mind if she thinks we are going to collect an unnamed stranger from KFC to just be hijacked or who knows what.
Their "WARANTIES" are ****. Biggest ****S with excuses on everything. They are all **** ARTISTS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
