Use this company if you prefer being charged for premium equipment but want to receive poor quality equipment & ********* service! Pump packed up after circa 10 months & #Amazing_Pools_Services collected it then advised that we need to pay for the repairs which we agreed to (notwithstanding it being under warranty) - we did not want to be kept waiting in summer & continue a battle of defending false allegations of having run it dry on a prolonged basis (yet it’s self priming) further having the pool affected due to non-circulation of the water. The pump has not been returned for over circa 3 weeks now. My numerous calls & follow ups are either simply ignored or I am met with a plethora of excuses & lies as to when the pump will be returned whilst the pool turns green & totally unusable.
