Run away as fast as you can!! What an unprofessional company. Do not be fooled by Lerato's kind words, she is just doing it to put you off your guard. If you are thinking that you are helping a Black pool company, make a name for themselves, think again!! They will promise you whatever you ask, get you to pay a deposit, start digging a hole and then claim the quote did not include everything and ask for more money. If you refuse or cancel and request a refund on your deposit, she will avoid your calls and mails and that is it. I have called, whatsapp'd, mailed, but she ignores my calls and there is no way to contact her. Now i have halve a pool dug in my yard, it is end of November and won't be able to find another pool company as well as having a R20 600.00 loss. Find a reputable company and save yourself days of frustration.
