no back up service 5 year warrant means nothing

in November 2021 we started our process, Lerato was attentive and engaging. We were delighted. In March 2023 our nightmare started, the fibre glass separating from the concrete slab. We were given a 5 year warranty after 14 months later that warranty means nothing, the lovely Lerato made excuses upon excuses until she eventually ghosted us. We were told her husband was sick well we waited until May it is now nearly June and nothing. Calls are not being answered and if they are answered we are have to deal with hostility. Lerato unfortunately has dealt ************ly, lying to us, I will call back, I am coming the weekend and then eventually just ghosting us. The service when she wanted the business is great up until she needs to provide back up service for her warranty. I see I am not the only one.
