Complete lack of professional courtesy

I called to make a booking for a Saturday morning which was all arranged. Come Saturday morning the lady is a no show. I called to confirm that she did not get lost and apparently the lady had an emergency which is understandable. However it would have taken Angela the supervisor 2 minutes to give me a call tell me that the lady was unavailable but no I was expecting too much professionalism and because we had arranged a cash payment she had not felt any obligation to try make any alternative arrangement.
