Payment made, service not rendered

I booked a flight ticket on Thursday as I got a voucher from debonairs. The flight is set to leave today at 16:55 and still despite several attempts of using my own airtime to get hold of these two parties I have failed. I payed 30% cash to book the flight and now it seems I am not getting what I was promised.
