<p>i had taken two VW Ups and a Golf 7 GTI to Amazing Glaze Umhlanga for full valets. One VW Up registration 331ZOE FS blue in colour was given back with the interior not cleaned properly. The second VW Up white in colour registration HMV979EC was given back with a terrible smell as if something had died in the car. Both vehicles were taken back to be re sorted out. The smell from the white car was only sorted out and the outsides of both the vehicles were only cleaned. Both the cars on the inside were still dirty and not cleaned. A fourth vehicle a Hyundai Accent was also given to them. The computer box on the vehicle was damaged due to the car being boosted. When the owner was told about these faults when we were fetching these vehicles he was extremely arrogant, and told us to take our vehicles and f***k off. He blatently refuses to take responsibility for any of these faults and kept using vulgar languages and told his staff to remove our vehicles from his premises. Amazing Glaze Umhlanga is by far the worst auto valet place to take anyones car to. There is absolutely no customer service or customer satisfaction to be had at all. However if you wish to have your vehicle look like **** and have it smell as bad, then it is the ideal place to take you car too.</p>
