garage door motor

We had a wooden double garage door with motor fitted by this company during Feb 2015. After about a week, the motor stopped working. We contacted the installer who took the motor and battery back to the suppliers and finally returned a week later with the repaired motor and reinstalled it. We only noticed about 2 weeks later that the battery wasn't reinstalled and once again contacted the installer. He first denied having removed the battety but eventually after another while brought a replcement which he \installed".During a recent load shedding"
