Watch Out! Don't trust!

Ordered a Day bed through Marketplace. Received a email with banking details. Was kept up to date for a week then Mogamat Wilson started ignoring my messages. I cancelled my order and he said money will be payed back within a week. It has been 2 weeks now, was supposed to get an answer today. Can't get hold of him.
