Bought a white water river rafting voucher which first never arrived. When it did arrive there was no availability. Asked for a refund. Still waiting<br> <br> I bought a voucher for white water rafting for my husband for Xmas. It never arrived. Second week in January called and got sent a voucher. My husband phoned to redeem it with the preferred dates. He was told there was no availability on the dates we wanted. When asked what dates were available was told he didn't know as we had to wait for 10 people to be booked first before we could go.<br> <br> I then asked for refund so I could book it myself directly. I still haven't received it and cannot get a hold of Craig. So please do not book with these people. They are an on-line ****.
